For Jen, fitness has never been about a one-size-fits-all solution—it’s about understanding the unique needs of every body that walks into her class. With over 14 years of teaching experience and more than 7 years specializing in the Lagree method, Jen has built a reputation for her therapeutic, individualized approach to movement.

A proud Louisiana native now rooted in the Lower Garden District, Jen brings warmth, expertise, and an eye for detail to every session she leads. Her philosophy is simple: every exercise can—and should—be modified to meet you where you are, helping you move safely, effectively, and with confidence.

In her classes, clients know they’ll be challenged, supported, and guided with precision. Jen has a way of making each person feel seen, tailoring every movement to their body’s needs, and ensuring that fitness is both accessible and transformative.
