Welcome to Swoot! We’re so happy you signed up for your first class. Before you attend your class, you must sign our Liability Waiver & Terms & Conditions Waiver. Waivers will be sent to you via email ahead of your first class. Waivers must be signed before entering the class room.
Be sure to bring water, tennis shoes, and great vibes! All equipment will be provided for you at our studio. If you are pregnant, recovering from any previous injury or surgery, please let your instructor know so we can offer the best modifications possible for you during class.
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before your class begins. If this is your first time at Swoot, we highly recommend you arrive no later than 10 minutes before your class so we can make sure you’re prepared for your first class.
Yes! We do provide lockers and showers for any clients who need to bring a change of clothes or freshen up after class. Locks are not provided for the lockers, Swoot is not responsible for any stolen, missing, or damaged personal items. Towels and hair dryers are provided in each bathroom & shower.
Bring water! We provide complementary cycle shoes, however you are welcome to bring your own cycle shoes. Our bikes use the SPD clips to clip shoes onto each bike.
Bring water! Grippy socks are required for our Slow Burn classes. Forgot your grip socks? No problem, grip socks are available for purchase at our front desk.
Tennis shoes are required for our Sculpt, Snatched, and Step! classes. Mats, towels, and class equipment will be provided for every class. You may bring your own yoga mat for our Swoga classes.
Class Bookings, Waitlists, Late Check-Ins & Cancellations
You can book a class through our website or Swoot app HERE. Be sure to download the Swoot app to easily book your next class!
Our classes fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up in advance! If a class is full, you can sign up and join the waitlist in case a spot opens up. If a spot becomes available, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added up to class and will be notified via email that they’ve made it into the class.
We completely understand when there’s traffic or you’re simply running behind! We offer a 5-minute grace period for clients running late to their class. Any clients that arrive after 5 minutes will not be allowed to enter the class and will be subject to our late cancellation/no-show fee of $17. We strongly urge you to contact the front desk if you know you’re running late.
For any clients signed up through ClassPass, a missed reservation will result in a $17 fee.
We get it – life happens! You must cancel any scheduled classes 12 hours in advance or you will be charged a $17 late cancellation fee. This includes switching time slots under the 12-hour notice period.
For any clients signed up through ClassPass, you must cancel your reservation in the ClassPass app 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. Swoot cannot make any adjustments to any fees administered through ClassPass. All ClassPass users are subject to their Terms & Conditions.
Swoot Society Memberships & Class Packages
Yes! We offer two new client promotions. Please note that this offer is only valid to first-time customers at Swoot. New customers can redeem one of these offers, not both.
Buy 1 Get 1 Offer: $30 for 2 class credits. Expires after 14 days – activates on first use.
New Client Special 5 for $55: $55 for 5 class credits. Expires after 1 month – activates on first use.
Yes! There are so many perks to being a member of the Swoot Society. Our 12-Month Unlimited Membership includes the following perks:
- 4-week booking windows (vs. 1 week for ClassPass members)
- Select your bikes in advance for Sycle
- 20% off full-price retail merchandise
- Exclusive access to members-only events

Yes. Memberships can be frozen once per calendar year, you must provide a start date and end date to freeze your memberships, and we must be notified at least 2 weeks in advance of the freeze.
Class Packages cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase. Customers are locked into memberships that require a contract agreement. The memberships may be cancelled after the allotted timeframe that was contractually agreed upon has elapsed.
No, class packages cannot be extended. Any unused class credits do not rollover.
Yes! We offer gift cards that can be purchased in-studio and can be eligible to redeem for class packages or select memberships (they’re great for gifting!). We offer student, healthcare, and teach discounts on select class packages. Please call the studio or contact the front desk for more details.
No, we do not allow HSA or FSA funds to be used to purchase a Swoot membership or class package.
Private Sessions, Group Classes, & Corporate Events
Yes! We offer private sessions for one-on-one training with select coaches for clients who would prefer individual training, focus on modifications for any injuries, or allow extra time to focus on specific modalities. For a private class in the Swoot Room we offer the following class programs: Snatched, Step, Sculpt or Slow Burn. To ensure we have enough space for each type of workout, we can host up to 17 people for Step & Snatched, up to 16 people for Sculpt, and up to 14 people for Slow Burn. The total for any private class in the Swoot Room is $300, regardless of which class program you chose. For a private class in the Sycle Room, we can host up to 30 people total, and the price for a private Sycle class is $500. We encourage clients to bring their own spin shoes if they have them, however we do provide shoes as well. Please contact us via email to schedule your private group class at frontdesk@swootnola.com.
